• A major renovation of the Intramural Field Complex began in October of 1980. Due to a flood
disaster in May of 1981, the reopening of the fields was delayed until the spring of 1982 with
intramural softball. A single elimination football season was played in 1980. Softball consisted of a
weekend tournament on city fields.

Volleyball – PARS (M), KSA’ers (W), PARS (C); Basketball – Ice Men (M), Elite A (W), Has Beens (C);
Softball – Firecrackers (M), Athletes for Christ (W), Turtle Ducks (C); wimming – The Bares (M) & The Bares (W);
Track – Slippery Rock (M) & Garbage (W); Coed Tube Basketball & Tube Polo – The Bares; Men’s Water
Basketball – Alien Space Phlegm.
