• Rooker’s Assistant Directors were Bill Melton, Wayne Jennings & Robert Henderson. Senior Managers were George Berry (∆T∆), John Christner (Theta Xi), Robert Hawkins (Sigma Nu) & Harvey Weisblat (∑AM). Best All-Around athletes were Joe Bill Watkins (∆T∆), Samuel Houston (Recruits), Ken Dahlberg (Army) & Randy McNatt (Royal). Note: The top five all-around athletes in the Independent Division were Recruits as were seven of the top ten. • Billy Karrh (Tejas) won the Whitaker Leadership award & Skip Rutherford (Beta Theta Pi) won the Arno Notwotny Sportsmanship award. Randy Johnson was named Outstanding Official. • Class A team champions: ∆T∆ - football, KA – basketball, Fijis – volleyball, KA – fast pitch softball, Recruits – slow pitch softball, ∆T∆ - water basketball and Fiji – track. Note: Phi Gamma Delta won Intramural Track four years running.
